Sod that looks like it's always been there

A new lawn is where a lot of landscape projects lose their polish. The hardscape is dialed, the planting beds are clean — and then there's a patchy, uneven stretch of grass that looks like it was rolled out five minutes ago.

We install sod as part of the finished landscape, not a last step rushed in before the invoice goes out. Proper grading, clean edges against hardscape and beds, tight seams, and full root-to-soil contact — so the lawn reads as one continuous surface from the day it goes down.

Beyond appearance, the prep matters. Sod needs a properly graded and amended soil base, consistent irrigation from day one, and seams that won't gap or overlap as things settle. In Central Oregon's dry climate and temperature swings, a lazy sod install shows itself within weeks — dead edges, visible seams, and sections that never root in. Ours establish fast and stay green because the work underneath is done right.

If your property needs a lawn that looks intentional from the start, we handle the full process — grading, soil prep, irrigation, and install.
